Senior Connections

Programs established to connect seniors and their families to resources that promote safe and enhanced living in the community.

  • Outreach Program:  Staff specializing in knowledge of local community resources for older adults and their caregivers are available to assess needs, provide information and make referrals. Confidential home visits may be arranged and office hours are available each week for scheduled or walk-in appointments.  The following are links to .pdf documents designed by our Outreach Staff.  Please call for other current information.
