White Bear Lake Area Schools Early Childhood Program is part of the White Bear Lake Area Schools Community Services Department and Special Education Services.

Mission Statement

We believe in the critical importance of early learning opportunities and intervention for the optimal development of the whole child.  Our inclusive early childhood program options honor the unique gifts of every child in the White Bear Lake school community.

We Want Your Opinion We are in the process of gathering parent input about World Language at the elementary level.  The study of World Language and culture has been identified as a top priority through a strategic planning process by our School Board and Superintendent.  Please complete the Elementary World Language Parent Survey.  The survey will be open until February 20, 2012. We value your time and input.

Census Update

We always get our mailing labels/lists from the district census office.  If you did not receive a postcard regarding our open house and registration dates, please call the district census office automated line at 651-407-7551 and leave the requested information.  Also, call with any changes or additions in your household since you last gave information.  If you know of a new family in the area, ask them to call to get on the mailing list and receive information.
