As part of this belief, the Community Services and Recreation Department is part of a five-district consortium, the Community Bridge.

Together with the Mahtomedi, North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale, Roseville Area, and South Washington County Schools, the consortium provides adults with disabilities access to education, recreation, and social activities.

Community Bridge offers an array of opportunities such as assisting in mainstream classes offering adapted programs, identifying and encouraging adults needing services and facilitating opportunities for adults with disabilities to become valued, active members of their community.
