Meet the Counselors!
Eighth Grade (Graduating Class of 2019)
Jill grew up in Bemidji, Minnesota and has worked as a School Psychologist and School Counselor for 14 years in both Minnesota and Southern California. She returned from California in 2012 to join the Central Counseling team. When not working, Jill enjoys spending time with family, traveling, hiking and camping.
Sixth Grade (Graduating Class of 2021)
Karen has worked as a school counselor in the White Bear Lake Area Schools since 2005. Karen is also licensed as an elementary teacher and taught at the fourth and fifth grade levels for nine years prior to working in White Bear. In free time, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband Mason and two children.
7th Grade (Graduating Class of 2020)
Calli grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota and is excited to be at Central Middle School again for her second year as a school counselor. She received her undergraduate degree from Bethel University and her Master's in School Counseling from Adams State University. In her free time, Calli enjoys spending time with her husband, their dog, reading and working in her yard.
Chemical Health Specialist
Jennifer grew up in Iowa and moved to Minneapolis eight years ago. She loved it so much that she's stayed since then! She is very excited to be at Central Middle School this year! She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bethel University and her Addiction Studies Certificate from the University of Minnesota. She has been working in the chemical dependency field for the past four years. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, traveling to new places, and anything active during all the seasons!
