As counselors, we support our school community through pro-active, developmentally appropriate programming in the areas of social/personal, academic, and college/career readiness. Our role is to foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where all students can become successful members of society.

Jill grew up in Bemidji, Minnesota and has worked as a School Psychologist and School Counselor for 14 years in both Minnesota and Southern California. She returned from California in 2012 to join the Central Counseling team. When not working, Jill enjoys spending time with family, traveling, hiking and camping.

Karen has worked as a school counselor in the White Bear Lake Area Schools since 2005. Karen is also licensed as an elementary teacher and taught at the fourth and fifth grade levels for nine years prior to working in White Bear. In free time, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband Mason and two children.

Calli grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota and is excited to be at Central Middle School again next year for her second year as a school counselor. She received her undergraduate degree from Bethel University and her Master's in School Counseling from Adams State University. In her free time, Calli enjoys spending time with her husband, their dog, and coaching swimming.
